Really easily actually. Email us or put a ticket in through your dashboard. Just ping across what you need changing, and we’ll get to work on it. We’ll let you know once we’re done as well, which is usually by the next business day.
By the way, content changes could be anything from text to images that we expect will take around 15-30 minutes to complete for you. Adding new events, testimonials, that sort of thing could take a little longer.
(Just so you know, tasks such as creating an online shop, or membership areas take a lot longer and aren’t included the Protect or Improve plans)
We’ll need an admin level login (yours) or you can create us one.
Access to the site files through FTP and we may need access to your hosting account.
Well, firstly, we ask you to remain seated and keep calm. In all seriousness though, it’s not something you need to worry about. We’re about ensuring these things DON’T happen, however, yes, occasionally the odd gremlin sneaks through, but we’ll know about it right away and sort it out for you. After all, it’s why we’re here.
Working with us has, shall we say, its ‘privileges’ and those privileges are in the form of us working hard to maintain web-based-supplier relationships that we can then pass directly on to you.
We have developer licenses for many plugins, most of the ones you’ll need.
There might be the odd occasion where you require a paid-for plugin, which, we’re sure you’ll understand is at your own cost, and we will need you to supply both the files and license for us to crack on.
Why, of course, you can (silly billy). We do prefer to use our own servers. However, we’re happy to communicate with your hosting company to ensure it fits your needs.
Oh, and if you’d like to move your website to our web hosting, we’re happy to offer this service for a small monthly fee; it won’t affect anything on your site, it just means we can help you even more by keeping you extra safe.
